Missed Appointments / Late cancellations within 48hrs are charged a fee of £50
Unsafe Appliances
If your installation does not comply to regulation, and/or is unsafe, I will decline to carry out the sweep, explain the relevant non-compliances and where possible, propose a solution. In this case, a full charge will be levied.
